Studio FRI are proud to share that full planning and advertisement consent has been granted for our client XO Dental, located in the heart of Fulwood, Preston.
This exciting project involves the transformation of the former Fulwood Art Gallery, on Watling Street Road, Preston into a modern, fully functional dental practice with a refreshed exterior that enhances the building's overall appeal while maintaining its character within the Fulwood Conservation Area.
The proposed works include the installation of illuminated shopfront signage and the application of an external render in RAL 1019 Pure White, rejuvenating the building’s appearance. Alongside this, sleek, contemporary windows in RAL 1019 Grey Beige have been incorporated, adding a modern aesthetic. New wall-mounted lighting features and a DDA-compliant entrance door ensure that the upgrades meet both functional and visual requirements, creating a welcoming environment for visitors. These improvements not only elevate the building's curb appeal but also strengthen XO Dental's presence in this prime location.
