The Rowan - Woodlands Place | Bolton

Studio FRI, in collaboration with Pres-tech Construction Limited and Abode Homes Lancashire Limited were involved from feasibility to construction on the Woodlands Place Development.

Woodlands Place, in Bolton is a select development of 12 new contemporary dwellings on a spacious 1.5-acre site. The development comprises a mixture of executive 4 bedroom detached dwellings with integral garages, traditional semi-detached dwellings and 2.5 story town houses all offering spacious private gardens and drives. Our services provided included:

This Spacious 4 Bedroom Semi-Detached House offers a traditional layout with an entrance hallway leading onto two large living rooms and a separate kitchen/diner. Living Room 1 benefits from a front facing bay window and living room 2 has French doors which open onto the private garden.

 

The separate stylish kitchen has space to accommodate a dining table and the handy WC and under stairs storage are also off the hallway.
